RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent back at your cost to San Francisco, California, 94114, United States - 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If you request refund, 10$  processing/ restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund. We do not refund shipping costs. We waive this fee for exchanges or store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING INFO

We process and ship orders during normal business hours 9 am PST to 6 pm PST Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing on all orders placed with standard and express shipping. We do not ship orders over the weekends or on holidays.

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx and typically arrive within 3-10 business days.

We have a few options for shipping in the USA:  

Standard Shipping: Estimated shipping time: 7-16 business days. Orders over $150 the Standard Shipping is Free. Below that amount we charge flat fee of US $ 7.99

Expedited Shipping: Estimated shipping time 4-12 business days. Free shipping for orders US$200+. Otherwise US $15.99

Priority Shipping: Estimated shipping time 1-2 shipping business days, (This shipment method not available for Hawaii + Alaska) Priority shipping cost US $35.00

Due to the unique nature of our products and packaging, your order may be shipped in separate shipments. If you have any questions regarding this or any other inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@ellezen.store

While we cannot make changes to products once an order has been placed, depending on the status of your order in the fulfillment process, we may be able to assist with shipping address updates or order cancellation requests. Please note that there is a limited window of time to adjust an order after it has been placed, and we cannot guarantee that requests can be accommodated. To make such a request, please email us at support@ellezen.store and we will respond within 48 hours. Once an order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, we are unable to edit the shipping address or cancel the order.
