Italian Carvico Vita PL (ECONYL® Regenerated Nylon) Used in our Swim Collection. Premium, silky, supportive, sculpting, and made from ocean-recovered materials.
ECOVERO™ is a responsibly produced viscose fiber made from FSC® or PEFC™ certified wood sources, using a closed-loop process that recovers and reuses water and chemicals.

Our swimsuits are designed to fit snug. To ensure the best fit, grab a measuring tape to measure yourself and find the closest match for your size on the chart.
Remember that when you're in the water, your suit will relax a tiny bit -- pick the size you need.
For one piecess swimsuits: If you have an extra long torso, you may have to go up a size to get more length in your one piece swimsuit.
Do your bikini tops or one piece have padding?
No. Our suits are made from highest quality Italian Carvico Vita and are lined for privacy- while the seamless construction does not have cups or inserts, the correct fit should have you feeling comfortably compressed/maintained providing great coverage.
Do you make Tankinis?
No currently we don't. Send us email via contact form and if we have enough demand we will introduce this line.
How to take care of my products:
Swimsuits: Your Ellezen pieces are crafted from premium Italian Carvico Vita PL with regenerated ECONYL® fibers. Treat them gently to keep them beautiful longer.
Avoid rough surfaces and high-chlorine pools - chllorine is not good for swimware or any other cloths.Rinse in cool, fresh water after each wear. Don't let your swimware sit in a bag for more than few hours.
Hand wash with mild, eco-friendly soap.
Lay flat to dry in the shade — avoid direct sun.
Do not wring, bleach, or tumble dry.
Store flat or folded, never twisted.
Where are the Ellezen items designed and manufactured?
All our items are designed in California. Swimsuits and activewear are manufactured with love in Bali, Indonesia. Daywear is manufactured in Bali, California, Poland and Portugal.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped out from California, USA. We process standard and express orders Monday - Friday during normal business hours 9 am PST to 6 pm PST. Orders take at least 1-3 business days to process. For Priority Shipping orders, if placed before 11am PST, it will ship out same day. Please note our warehouse does not pack or ship orders over the weekend or on holidays.
I have ordered a pre -order item, now what ?
Items will ship when available. If you've ordered an item on pre-order along with items readily available on our site, you can expect two separate packages.
Can i make changes to my order ?
Our team works quickly to get your order out. If you have made an error in your order, please email returns@ellezen.store immediatley, so we can inform our team of the requested changes. If we have not processed/ shipped your order we can made modifications. However once the order was processed and shipped we are not able to oblige modification / cancellation requests.We have a few options for shipping in the USA:
**Please note that only standard shipping can be selected for PO boxes or US Territories (ie: Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and Puerto Rico). Priority shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska. International orders are shipped via Express Courier and prices are calculated at checkout.

Orders over $150 the Standard Shipping is Free.
Below that amount we charge flat fee of US $ 7.99
Expedited Shipping:
Estimated shipping time 4-12 business days.
Free shipping for orders US$200+. Otherwise US $15.99
Priority Shipping:
Estimated shipping time 1-2 shipping business days,
(This shipment method not available for Hawaii + Alaska) Priority shipping cost US $35.00
International and Canada Orders
We ship international packages with taxes and duties paid upfront by customer. Please note we do not offer free return shipments for Canada and international orders. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to reach us at orders@ellezen.store and we will assist you. Shipping times vary on the carrier and destination. All items ship from our warehouse in San Francisco, California.
All international orders are shipped via Courier Express, with shipping estimates and price calculated at checkout. Returns can be made within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on all products except gift cards or those marked as final sale.
Ellezen accepts merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days from the delivery date.
At this time you have to pay for the shipment of the merchandise back to our warehouse in San Francisco, CA.
Refunds & Shipping Cost
Once we receive the returned items in their original condition, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, however original order shipping costs are non -refundable.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed once the return has been received by our warehouse.
How do I set up a Return?
Please forward your confirmation email to returns@ellezen.store with the subject “Start a Return” and your order number in the subject line. Please include the item you are returning, the reason and your method of return (exchange or refund) in the body of the email.
Exchange
if you wish to exchange because of for example sizing issue, please send us the email to exchanges@ellezen.storeForward your order confirmation number or receipt. You need to ship to our warehouse at your cots the unworn merchandize in is original condition and we will ship you the exchange item via standard shipment at our costs.
How long do I have to make an exchange?
All exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise.
I received an incorrect item , what should I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please forward your confirmation email to return@ellezen.store with the subject “Start a Return & Incorrect ” and your order number in the subject line. We will ship replacement at our cost. Incorrect items must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
✅ 14-Day Return WindowYou have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange eligible items.
✅ Condition of Items :
ALL PRODUCTS must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, original condition with all original Ellezen tags and packaging intact. Send copy of the invoice/purchase order along with the merchandise.
ALL SWIMWEAR must be tried on wearing undergarments. If you wish to return an item, all tags and protective hygiene strips must remain in place. The item will not be accepted for return, if either of these have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear, is damaged or is dirty.
✅ Final Sale Items
Personalized items, gift cards, and certain personal care products are non-refundable for hygiene and customization reasons.
Ellezen.store reserves the right to reject exchanges that are sent or communicated outside of the exchange period limit; items which are not in the same condition in which they were received; or exchange parcels that incur duty.
We carefully prepare and package each order. Once your parcel is received for shipment by the courier, we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Should an issue arrise during transport, please contact the shipping courier directly with your tracking number handy.
